Our highly experienced service engineers perform also CPP repair/ regeneration covering the following equipment types:
Rolls Royce, Kamewa, CAT, Kawasaki, Wartsila, Nakashima, Jastram, Brunvoll, Ulstein or Schottel and many more with the approved technology, quality and 6-months guarantee.
Main range of our propulsion services:
• CPP and blades reconditioning from bronze Cu3, straightening and welding casted tips for broken blades, cone surface regeneration and adjusting for propeller shaft.
After repair blades are static balanced. The recondition is under class if needed.
• Bronze and stainless steel hub full reconditioning including wear-outs, cracks and radial/axial bearing fitting.
Repair of CPP blades and hubs are highly requested nowadays as the process allows substantial time and money savings with the high quality of services.
The CPP reconditioning is performed in our workshop in Straszyn, near Gdańsk under class supervision, e.g. ABS, DNV, RINA and others, if required. We will support you in the whole documentation procedures. Please check our latest realization in the gallery.
The CPP regeneration may be also done on board/on the shipyard – our service engineers are ready- to- go.
